Precautions for Patient’s Acupuncture Treatments

1. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
2. Make sure you’re not exhausted or hungry before going into treatment.
3. It could be more effective if you apply a heat pack or heat pad to the part where you’ve been treated for about 20 minutes.
4. Please abstain from excessive exercise within a couple of hours after your treatments.
